Are you curious about Freemasonry? Thinking about joining a Lodge? We at Croydon Lodge of Unity would be delighted to welcome you into our Lodge.
Freemasonry is one of the world’s oldest fraternal organisations, built upon principles of integrity, friendship, respect, and service. At Croydon Lodge of Unity, we’re proud to continue this tradition in the heart of Croydon.

5 Great Reasons to Join Croydon Lodge of Unity
1. Genuine Friendship
In today’s fast-paced world, meaningful connections can be hard to find. Our Lodge offers true brotherhood and friendships that last a lifetime, built on shared values and mutual respect.
2. Personal Development
Freemasonry provides opportunities for self-improvement through its teachings and by taking on various roles within the Lodge. Many members find they develop confidence, public speaking skills, and leadership abilities they never knew they had.
3. Fascinating Traditions
Become part of a living tradition that spans centuries. Our ceremonies are meaningful, thought-provoking, and connect you to generations of Freemasons who came before us.
4. Community Impact
Our Lodge is actively involved in supporting local charities and community initiatives. Joining us means you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in Croydon and beyond.
5. A Break from the Ordinary
Freemasonry offers something different from everyday life—a space for reflection, inspiration, and celebration of timeless values in good company.
About Our Lodge
Croydon Lodge of Unity meets regularly at the Masonic Centre on Oakfield Road in Croydon. Our members come from all walks of life—different ages, backgrounds, religions, and professions—but we share a common desire for personal growth and community service.
We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy both the ceremonial aspects of Freemasonry and the social side—there’s always good conversation and laughter at our festive boards (the meals we share after our meetings).
